About Us

Our doors opened in 1904 as Arnzen Construction and with the addition of St. Rosa Lumber in 1998, we have expanded our ability to serve regional residents, businesses and farms with an unwavering commitment to quality, innovation and customer service.

We’re constantly developing new products, services and capabilities to ensure that our clients can rely on us for the best in materials, designs and construction methods.


Our owner/management team includes:
 

 John Arnzen, who is responsible for sales, project supervision and managing the materials purchasing and overall quality of all Arnzen Construction services.

For 26 years, John has worked in construction, project management and sales. He’s the fourth generation of his family to manage Arnzen Construction, and was recognized as one of 10 Outstanding Young Minnesotans in 2000.

Al Leinen, who uses his 25 years of experience as an independent builder and lumberyard manager to share sales and project management responsibilities with John.  He manages the purchasing and overall quality of St; Rosa Lumber materials and services.

Lillian Arnzen, who brings over twenty years of expertise and integrity to managing all office operations.

Yard manager Glen Engelmeyer, has a decade of experience in managing lumberyard operations and staff.
